here is a picture of our thriving borlotti beans, doing so well that they are eclipsing our shed!! we sowed beans late in august and the result has been a healthy bean crop much later in the year, which makes this grey, cold september feel a little bit like summer ...
and for those of you, including myself, who think the anti-badger pallet "apron" is over-kill, our little friends have been back recently, luckily just digging holes in empty spots though.
