after hanging out a little bit this morning negotiating with the septuagenarian clique that provides daily order and stability to our allotment about the delivery of 1 ton of manure for our plot (photos to follow), i discovered that a simple mis-remembered name (one of them thought my name was "kirk") has resulted in my being dubbed "captain kirk," but at least i'm in good company with other allotment personalities such as: "uni dave," "little chris,""big mike," and "heartattack" (who i was told knows it's going to be a bad day if he DOESN'T have a heartattack on any given day) ... m want's to know what her's is, all i know is that i've got william shatner on my side!
