things in the allotment are in a state of flux and although we will be having some interesting posts in just a short bit (about all the late summer projects we are trying to get off the ground and also all the crazy diy we are doing in our back yard at the moment) i thought i would introduce you to the two stars of our summer, our back yard tomatoes:
these guys are mammoths and they seem to be the only things really thriving in such wet conditions, the bizarre thing about our tomatoes this year is that there is no sign of blight yet ... cue blight ... these are cherry tomatoes and they have a lot of flowers so these may just be the bright spot of summer! (note the snazzy planter they are in too, that's a project from last year)
