a number of long awaited tiny projects (including finishing putting up hooks in the shed, installing the rain barrels, and making ridiculously cute, little signs for each vegetable plot) have finally received some attention, the most colorful is our plot number sign:

i can't remember the font that we used, but it was cobbled together with a silly little jigsaw, with the clear understanding afterwards that that was the WRONG tool for the job ...

the color scheme was determined by the limited store of spray paint we have hanging around, and yes, nasa has confirmed that it is visible from space:

this weekend we also had some little friends come for a visit to our garden, and one of them was very clear about what we would find when we got there!
