save the date july 6th, its the day when we canceled our box for the rest of the year, here is the harvest from today, a nice selection from our garden:
there are a lot of firsts in that basket, namely our first onions in about 6 years, our first full head of cabbage in about 4 years and then the potatoes are a total success story, we have 60 plants and this was just from two of them, we built our potato troughs from scratch this year and these potatoes came out without using any tools, unlike the battle with clay that is usually involved ...
below is our new onion bed, what an accomplishment, i think i counted 40 onions this morning:
